How Office Hour Will Work

- August 20, 2012

We're very excited to throw our first office hour tomorrow at 9:30am PST. If you haven't signed up yet, you can register here.

Fellow Data Analyst Lori Williams and I just wanted to take a moment to explain how the format will work tomorrow. It'll be a first-come first-served type of process. For the sake of background noise, everyone will be muted at first. If you have a question, you'll submit it in our WebEx chat box. We'll then unmute you, and then we can discuss whatever it is you'd like to ask. Once we're done, we'll put everyone back on mute and move on to whomever's next until we either run out of questions or hit the time limit.

For this first session, we're going try to limit questions and discussions to about 10 minutes before moving on to the next person. If we have time after going through everyone once, we'll circle back around and take another set of questions.

Again, any question is fair game, though remember we may limit questions to about 10 minutes, so we may not get to some of the extremely detailed or technical questions. If you already know what you want to ask, go ahead and e-mail us at

Looking forward to talking to you tomorrow!
