Next Week: at Tapestry and NICAR

Next week is an exciting week for the Tableau Public team, and a superb culmination of "Data Journalism Month": we'll be flying out to Annapolis, MD to attend the second annual Tapestry Data Storytelling Conference on Wednesday the 26th and then taking a bus to Baltimore to attend the 2014 NICAR (Computer-Assisted Reporting) Conference, where we'll conduct a full day of training, hold open office hours and do a demo of a beta version of our software on the 27th and 28th.

  • Tableau Public for Pros - Training by Mike Klaczynski from 1:30pm - 5:30pm in Stadium 1
  • Social Hour with Tableau - Hang out with the team from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the James Joyce Pub. Free drinks and appetizers!

Friday, Feb 28th

  • Open Office Hours with Tableau Public - bring your data or Tableau workbook at get advice from our team of experts from 9:30am - 2:00pm in the hotel lobby area
  • Demo Session: Tableau Public for the Mac - join us for a sneak peek at our beta software from 10:30am - 10:45am in the Open Mic area
